Registration
Courses are offered online on the website https://icarusacademy.be/en
You can register by filling out the web form associated with a course. If the course is full, you can place yourself on the waiting list. We will notify you if a spot becomes available or if the same course is offered again.
Payment
Your registration is only valid once the full course fee has been credited to the account of the non-profit organization ‘Restorative Dentistry and Implantology’. The payment date serves as the registration date. Your registration will be canceled if we do not receive payment within 14 days of your registration. Please make sure to include the correct payment reference: ‘name + first name + course name’.
Cancellation
If you cancel 12 weeks or more before the course date, you can cancel free of charge.
If you cancel between 8 and 12 weeks before the course date, we can refund 50% of the course fee.
If you cancel less than 8 weeks before the course date, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your course fee.
After registration and payment, you will receive an invoice. Please provide the correct billing information upon registration.
If Icarus Academy has to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances, the amount already paid will be fully refunded.
Program changes can never give rise to financial or other compensation.
Comments regarding the course can be reported immediately after the course.
